Our practice opened on 4 July 2022 and has been accepting patient’s consistently since. The practice was started by Dr Mohamed Farhat who has 27 years experience in the field of family medicine. We are proud of our steady growth which has been achieved with a commitment to serving our patients and community in a comprehensive and timely fashion. Blue Diamond Medical now houses 4 family physicians , an onsite pediatrician and a Nurse Practitioner . We continue to grow at a safe and steady pace; ready to meet the needs of our patients who are diverse as we are.
