We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our team and take over an existing patient roster of over 2000+ patients. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups, ensuring high-quality patient care and promoting overall wellness.

- This is an opportunity to take over an existing practice consisting of 2000+ rostered patients and 300-400 non rostered patients
- Average annual billings are approximately $600,000.00 per year, if working full time

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments across diverse populations, including pediatrics and adult patients
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, providing effective pain management strategies
- Manage patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and follow-up on treatment progress
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation, order entry, and data collection
- Administer and prescribe medications accurately and safely according to established protocols
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication usage
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
