Saskatoon, Sask - We are looking for a physician who is interested in starting their own clinic. The newly renovated clinic space is available for lease at 211 Pinehouse Dr in Saskatoon (approx. 900 sq ft). The space is within the Bethany Manor retirement complex which is primarily independent living but includes a small personal care home and some assisted living residents. A total of 375 residents are part of Bethany Manor. There is an adjoining pharmacy with direct access from the clinic. There are many other seniors in this area of the city, as well as families. The candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). Successful applicants will be eligible for a provisional or regular license to practice in Saskatchewan. The successful applicant is open to leasing space and operating a clinic.
