Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments across diverse populations, including pediatrics and adult patients
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, providing effective pain management strategies
• Manage patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and follow-up on treatment progress
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation, order entry, and data collection
• Administer and prescribe medications accurately and safely according to established protocols
• Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication usage
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
