Our client, Erie Shores HealthCare (ESHC), is inviting applications for Full-time & Part-time Emergency Medicine Physicians to join their Department of Emergency Medicine team.
Erie Shores HealthCare’s Emergency Department operates 24/7, handling over 30,000 visits annually with a diverse case mix. The ED is supported by onsite specialists in Internal Medicine, Surgery, OB-GYN, Psychiatry, and Anesthesia, with access to subspecialties through Windsor Regional Hospital.

Full-time Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time (12-14 shifts per month). They offer a competitive signing bonus of up to $125,000 for full-time positions, supported by a flexible Return of Service Agreement. The bonus is disbursed in semi-annual installments of $12,500 for up to 5 years with no fixed time commitment – you receive payments as you continue in the role.

- Emergency Medicine AFA Hourly rates range from $160 per hour to $224 per hour. Hourly rates are topped up with 37% of OHIP shadow billings.
- Reimbursement of moving expenses is negotiable.
- $1,000 CME incentive per year that can be banked up to $3,000.

Part-time Compensation and Benefits:
- Part-time (6-8 shifts per month). They offer a competitive signing bonus of up to $62,500 for those committing to 8 shifts per month, supported by a flexible Return of Service Agreement. The bonus is paid in semi-annual installments of $6,250 for up to 5 years with no fixed time commitment – you continue to receive payments as long as you remain in the role.

- Emergency Medicine AFA Hourly rates range from $160 per hour to $224 per hour. Hourly rates are topped up with 37% of OHIP shadow billings.
- Reimbursement of moving expenses is negotiable.
- $1,000 CME incentive per year that can be banked up to $3,000 for Active staff.

New staff are oriented to the hospital by working in collaboration with a senior member of staff who will provide the necessary support and guidance until the candidate is comfortable to work on their own.
