Family Physician Opportunity – FHO/Fee-for-Service | LMIA Available

We are a physician-led, fully supported family practice in London, Ontario, currently seeking two full-time Family Physicians to join our growing team. This is a Fee-for-Service/FHO position. LMIA support is available for eligible candidates.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

Conduct routine physical exams and assessments

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications

Order and interpret lab and diagnostic investigations

Develop and monitor individualized care plans
-
Promote preventive care and patient education
-
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
Work Schedule:
Qualifications:
-
MD from a recognized medical school
-
Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP or equivalent)
-
Active license or eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Experience in outpatient clinics, home care, or EMR systems is an asset
