The role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, formulating diagnoses, providing pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment, ongoing follow-up, risk assessment, and crisis management as required. Care is delivered through scheduled outpatient clinics and community-based consultations, with collaboration and referral to other health and social services as appropriate, but without embedded multidisciplinary team involvement.
