  • Flu Shots are by appointment only for HIGH RISK patients or children under the age of 5 who have a family doctor at this office. 

  • To arrange an appointment with our Nurse Practitioner for your Flu Shot you must contact our office by phone 519-853-4449 (subject to availability).
