Maternity leave coverage for my FHO+ family practice at Scottsdale Drive, Guelph ON from mid January 2027 to mid January 2028

I am looking for maternity leave coverage for my FHO+ family practice at Scottsdale Drive, Guelph ON from mid January 2027 to mid January 2028. Location: Scottsdale Drive, Guelph ON. Practice: 950 patients, full spectrum family practice with pediatrics to elder care. Looking for 5 half days of coverage (flexibility around scheduling throughout the week). On call shifts 1-2 evenings per month, 1-2 weekends per year. Clinic is a friend group of 5 other physicians. Supported by 3 MOA, nurse, NP and primary care nurse clinician. We are associated with the Guelph FHT with access to Diabetes Care, INR clinic, Psychiatry, social work, dietician and Wellness Programs. EMR is Telus PSS. Compensation will include a half day stipend in addition to the FHO+ hourly billings, 100% all other billings including 3rd party, shadow billings and out of basket.
