General Practitioners / Nurse Practitioners

The Vancouver Island Neurosurgical Foundation is seeking Family Physicians or Nurse Practitioners for flexible clinical roles within our neurosurgical practice. These roles support patients throughout their surgical care, including pre-surgical medical optimization and post-operative management.

The successful candidates will be involved in post-operative follow-up care, including staple and suture removal, wound assessment, routine post-operative reviews, medication and pain management, and general perioperative clinical support.

Clinics will be fully coordinated and scheduled on your behalf, with patients drawn directly from the neurosurgical practice. The clinic provides fully equipped consultation space, EMR access, and experienced administrative support staff to ensure a seamless workflow.

Remuneration is based on fee-for-service billing through MSP. A competitive and transparent overhead structure is available.
