Family Physician Opportunity – The Ottawa Hospital Wellness Clinic

Background

The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) has launched the Wellness Clinic for Staff and Medical Staff to address the significant gap in primary care access among TOH staff and medical staff. To expand our capacity, we are seeking Family Physicians to join our Family Health Organization (FHO). Both part‑time and full‑time roles are available.

Opportunity

We are looking for Family Physicians committed to high‑quality, comprehensive care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. TOH offers opportunities to engage in both inpatient and outpatient services, with flexibility to align work with individual clinical interests.

• Demonstrate excellence in patient care and teamwork.
• Hold CCFP certification.
• Possess an independent CPSO license.
• Be registered with CMPA in good standing.
• Have experience in the Quebec healthcare system and ability to support RAMQ patients.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Practice Setting

The Wellness Clinic is located at 1919 Riverside Drive, adjacent to TOH’s Riverside Campus. Physicians benefit from minimal overhead costs and receive full support at no charge, including nursing services, administrative support, clinical supplies, EPIC access, and promotion within the TOH community.
