Family Physician (Clinic + Obs)| Yellowknife, NWT |Perm & Locum| No Overhead

We are currently looking for permanent & locum Family Practitioners to join our primary care teams, where you can choose your scope of practice to include clinic and/or low-risk obstetrics. Yellowknife serves as the referral centre for the Northwest Territories (NWT), as well as the Nunavut Kitikmeot region. This unique practice area gives our family practitioners a total catchment area of 50,000 covering close to 15% of Canada’s geographic land area!

As a family practitioner, you would be working in collaborative multidisciplinary primary care teams. Our family practitioners also have access to a number of opportunities including in hospital acute care, clinic, obstetrics, as well as hospitalist medicine.

• Additional incentives for recurring locums: Work 75 shifts within the fiscal year and receive a additional $20,000.
