The hybrid walk-in and longitudinal appointment model supports comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, diagnostics, laboratory interpretation and prescribing.

Compensation and incentives: Target gross income of $600,000+ annually based on fee-for-service work of at least 40 hours weekly; $50,000 completion bonus after a five-year term; up to $20,000 relocation allowance; introductory overhead incentives; and an optional clinic-subsidized benefits plan.

Qualifications: MD with English proficiency; eligibility for CPSM and CFPC licensure; active CMPA or equivalent coverage; clear required registry checks; and commitment to a five-year Return of Service Agreement.
