Family Physician, Bay & College Toronto. Full Roster from Day 1

Background Button Health is a family medicine practice in downtown Toronto at Bay and College. We are taking on full-time family physicians and offering a full roster of attached patients from day one: 1,200+ to start, building past 2,000 within six months. You earn full FHO capitation from your first week, not after years of building a panel in a saturated city.

Opportunity This is a continuity-based family practice with no walk-in and no call. You select your roster during onboarding from patients already waiting. An administrative team runs scheduling, billing and referrals, and an AI scribe runs in the room. As your roster settles, a path can open into private practice through our preventive practice, Plunge Health (https://321plunge.com/careers), where we build out the membership roster.

Requirements CCFP certification, or board certification in family medicine through an approved training program in the US, UK, Ireland or Australia. Holding or eligible for a CPSO Certificate of Registration for Independent Practice, an OHIP billing number, and CMPA coverage.
