1,200 verified, waitlisted patients ready to attach. You decide how large your panel gets and we stop when you say stop. You will see the patient database before you sign anything.

Button Health is a new family practice at the corner of Bay and College. Continuity care only. No walk-in. No on-call. Independent contractor, practising under a management services agreement with Button Health.

How the practice runs

• Your panel, your patients, seen by you. No walk-in volume routed through your schedule.
• You set your schedule. Three, four or five clinical days a week.
• Monday to Friday, Saturday optional.
• Online booking and prepared intake. Patients arrive ready.

What you are not doing

• Not building your own panel. Patient acquisition is our cost, not yours.
• We market, we verify, we attach, and we stop at the number you set.
• Not managing staff. Two full-time MOAs, an office manager and a clinical assistant on site.
• Not chasing admin. An off-site team runs scheduling, referrals, intake, callbacks and prescription refills.
• Not buying equipment. All tools, supplies and equipment, EMR provided. Third-party OHIP billing available.

The profit share

On top of your OHIP billings. Funded by clinic membership revenue, not physician billings. Target $84,000 annually, scaled to days worked. Actual payments depend on membership revenue and are not guaranteed.

Paid in two tranches, December and June.

Nearly every clinic in this city pays a physician nothing beyond the split. This is what a clinic looks like when the practice makes money somewhere other than your billings.

The space

1,700 sq ft, purpose-built and newly renovated, seven exam rooms. Lab, imaging, cardiology and sports medicine in the same building. Two subway stations within a short walk.

Where this can lead

Button Health physicians have an earned, structured pathway into full-time private practice through our affiliated clinics. It is optional. If OHIP family practice is the whole of your plan, this practice stands on its own.

Requirements

• CCFP certification, or board certification in family medicine from an approved training program in the USA, UK, Ireland or Australia
• CPSO Certificate of Registration for Independent Practice, or currently licensed in another province and eligible for one
• Eligible for CMPA coverage
