Our client, Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre (GBACHC), is one of 83 Community Health Centres in Ontario. Operating at two separate sites, Grand Bend and Hensall, the GBACHC provides comprehensive, team-based care with a general Vision of “Health and Wellbeing for All”.

GBACHC is home for over 6,400 patients with an additional 2,000 community residents accessing the Health Centre’s Allied Health programs and services. GBACHC is also a member of the Huron Perth and Area Ontario Health Team (HPA-OHT). Services and programs include Primary Care, Better Breathing Program, Social Work, Diabetes Care, Community Health Services, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Prescribing, and Visiting Specialist Services.

GBACHC is seeking full-time or part-time Family Physicians to join their incredible interprofessional primary care team. Successful candidates will possess, or be eligible for, independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or equivalent experience is an asset.

As a Family Physician at the GBACHC, you will work in a collaborative model alongside nurse practitioners, registered practical nurses, dietitians, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, health promoters, and other inter-disciplinary healthcare professionals.
