Physicians and Nurse Practitioners: An opportunity is available to establish and operate your own clinic in a newly renovated ~900 sq ft medical space at 211 Pinehouse Dr., Saskatoon.

The clinic is located within the Bethany Manor retirement complex, home to 375 residents (primarily independent living, with a small personal care home and assisted living). An adjoining pharmacy with direct clinic access is also on site. The surrounding area includes many seniors and families, offering a strong potential patient base.

Ideal candidates:

• Physicians holding or eligible for certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and eligible for a provisional or regular license to practice in Saskatchewan
• Nurse Practitioners eligible to practice in Saskatchewan
• Providers interested in leasing space and operating their own clinic
