We are seeking locums in our clinic to provide coverage for my practice from March to December 2023 (flexible start/end dates, no weekends) as I gradually return to work. A couple of my colleagues are looking for a locum too. We're a group of 13 family physicians including a GP psychotherapist, GP dermatologist and pediatrician. Friendly, efficient and supportive staff and colleagues.
New state-of-the-art clinical building in Uxbridge, Ontario. We're 20 minutes from Stouffville and 45 minutes from Toronto.
You would be supported by an excellent team of nurses (who do vaccines, suture/staple removal, ear syringing, BP etc) and administrative staff all of whom work hard to allow physicians to do what they do best.
Ideal for those who enjoy a relaxed and collegial working environment where all special interests are welcomed and nurtured!
Schedule: prefer up to 4 half days per week (5 if you are interested 1 evening walk-in shift per week, FFS)
Practice size: 1000 FHO patients
Remuneration: $500/half day or $1000/ day + 100% shadow billing + all third-party billings (minus overhead) + 100% WSIB
EMR: PS Suite
Optional: palliative home visits, teaching, ER shifts, retirement home rounds, and hospitalist (Uxbridge Hospital is next door)
