Mountain Medical Walk-In Clinic in Hamilton is seeking primary care physicians to work collaboratively with an established medical team in Upper Hamilton, Ontario.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Executing patient-focused primary care, educating health promotion, advising prevention of disease and disorders as well as consultation
- Hold the highest standard of care for their patients, provide diagnosis in a best possible manner
- Complete comprehensive assessments/screenings utilizing experience, knowledge, training and additional sources to obtain diagnosis and treatment, manage and follow-up of care recommendations, physical examination, prescription/administration, order laboratory testing/diagnostic imaging
- Able to treat walk-in patients from all age groups;
- Preparing detailed, quality assessment, treatment reports and clinical documentation
- Immunization – vaccinate patients as per Public Health vaccination schedule
- A good sense of autonomy, professionalism, and respect for ethical principles
- Superior written and verbal communication with the ability to explain medical terms and conditions to patients while demonstrating empathy, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Provide telephonic consulting to the patients.
Requirements:
- Good standing with CPSO/CFPO and maintain an active license to practice in Ontario
- Offer in-person care to the patients at the clinic
- Adherence to evidence-based practices and standards of best practice
- Superior multitasking, time management, organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- Approachable exemplary team member to staff and patients
- Availability to work in pre-selected shifts
- Fresh graduates, Retired Doctors or experienced professionals
