Our Clinic has served the Chinese community in Calgary, Alberta, for 35+ years and has accumulated a large patient load comprised of the residents from 6 seniors’ high-rise apartments and downtown office workers. Our Clinic has 909 sq. feet and is located within proximity to downtown Calgary on the second floor of a shopping centre. The newly renovated clinic consists of 2 doctors' offices, 4 examining rooms, washroom, storage room, and a large reception area with a patient waiting room accommodating more than 10 people. We have experienced office staff with multi-lingual ability to facilitate the practice. Our Clinic is open from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. To meet community demand, there is a potential for a 7-day walk-in clinic. The Shopping Center operates 7 days a week from 10 am to 10 pm housing three floors of retail shops, offices, restaurants and an underground public parkade. Average billing for one doctor at our Clinic is $400,000 working five days a week. We are actively looking for doctor(s) to take over the practice and continue to deliver primary care in the community. Candidates must be eligible to practise in Alberta. IMG doctors who are eligible to be sponsored by CPSA are also welcome.
